The design of the Model KB110 Killbros grain cart satisfies the needs of the most demanding operations. Among its many features, the 18" horizontal and 20" vertical dual-auger unloading power, coupled with the enormous capacity of 1,100 bushels, make this grain cart able and willing to keep your operation moving smoothly during harvest.

• Dual auger design consists of an 18" horizontal auger that force feeds the 20" vertical auger for high speed unloading of over 600 bushels per minute. The 3/8" super-edged flighting adds to auger life.
• Flow gate indicator can easily be viewed from the tractor cab. Sliding flow gate system on horizontal auger allows for low startup torque and 100 percent shut off.
• Walking tandem duals, straddle 30" or 36" rows, provide smooth transportation and minimal compaction through the field. The offset tandem design allows the duals to "walk over" uneven terrain.
• Extended auger reach and height as well as narrow transport width from the vertical auger design that folds across and down, allowing for a longer auger.

Additional Features

• Carrier bearings on horizontal auger are greaseable from outside of cart for easy maintenance.
• The upper auger features a spring-loaded bearing that aids auger alignment during folding. A hydraulic valve locking mechanism on the vertical auger ensures a secure fold joint for a positive seal.
• Auger-mounted halogen unloading light for nighttime visibility
• Friction-clutch protected drive train for long-lasting, dependable service
• Dual, 4-strand belt drive with spring loaded tensioner for smooth performance and easy maintenance. The horizontal auger can also be disengaged if needed.
• Chain oilier with see through oil container for routine chain lubrication.
• Rear viewing ladder with lower hinged section for easy access and convenient viewing of cart contents
• Cleanout door on vertical auger and multiple sliding cleanout doors on horizontal auger, provide quick and convenient cleaning from one grain to another.
